Frequently asked questions about Executive Air Transport
How much notice is required?
Domestically, trips may be arranged same day. Internationally, depending on the destination, up to 24 hours may be required.
May I drive the car straight to the aircraft?
Depending on the airport, your vehicle may be allowed on the apron. Either way, Galactic Jet will assist you with ground transportation.
May pets travel?
Generally, Galactic Jet has a very liberal pet policy. Operational constraints and the veterinary policies of destinations may require certain restrictions. Check with us before you travel.
How long prior to departure do I have to get to the airport?
We don't leave until you get there. Usually, flights depart within 15 minutes of your arrival.
Is there in-flight internet?
All Galactic Jet aircraft offer unlimited high-speed internet domestically. Internationally, please ask Galactic for a satellite internet quote.
